Extrusure
Industrial Machinery & Spare Parts
Extrusure sells industrial machinery and spare parts internationally. Their quotation and sales process had outgrown spreadsheets and manual calculation, so Sureship Group designed and built a system to handle it properly.
Quotation & ERP system
A custom quotation management system built inside ERPNext, with parent and child DocTypes modeling how Extrusure actually structures a quote. Client-side scripting handles tiered profit margin logic and the landed cost calculations that international trade requires, so a quote reflects real cost and margin rather than a rough estimate.
Sales process digitization
The quotation workflow that used to run through spreadsheets and manual back-and-forth now runs through a structured system, from initial request to a finished quote ready to send.
Ongoing technology support
Sureship Group continues to support Extrusure's digital infrastructure as an ongoing relationship: process analysis, system refinement, and IT support as the business needs it.
